Scammers impersonate a trusted company to convince their targets into revealing or handing over sensitive information such as insurance, banking or login credentials. This scamming can happen via text, email, or websites set up to look like the trusted company.
Important Login Information
We’ve made the MyBenefits log-in experience easier to use with a centralized log-in button to input your username and password. Once you’re logged in for the first time a numeric code will be sent to your email address on file with MetLife. You will be prompted to enter this code and confirm any missing information needed to update your user profile (e.g., phone number). If you’ve forgotten your username, simply click on Forgot Username on the log-in screen and you’ll be sent a single click-on recovery email.

Delete the email after you forward it, and do not click on any links it contains. If you believe you entered information into a linked website, change your login information immediately.
